Our phases

Applications receipt end:

Application forms will be open until 23:59 on appointed day.

Projects shortlist:

We evaluate forms, and the best positioned ones will receive a personal interview request, conducted in person or via Skype, to go into some detail about your project and, above all else, to speak face-to-face and get to know each other a little better. The idea is to select the best 15-20 projects, then we will go to the next stage, the Starter Week.

Starter Week:

This is the last step before acceleration. We will meet for a week in the Bbooster Lab. What we call our office, because it is more like a testing laboratory than an office, to do some networking and to work side by side in an open collaboration environment doing different activities. The event is intended to show the candidates the Bbooster spirit: collaboration, passion for technology and business. At the end of the week the proposals will be presented to some of the SINENSIS SEED CAPITAL SCR investors, and then some teams will be selected to join the batch.

Acceleration start:

This stage lasts four months. The acceleration includes a few different aspects:

This is where the business model and scalability are reviewed. Customer Discovery is performed first, feedback is given to the prospect, and then we validate your proposal.

Marketing is the key! Some simple methods that help teams discover which channel is best for them, are implemented, and also complemented by workshops focused on essential tools.

Some financial knowledge and daily operational functioning of the company are added. Marketing channels are enhanced and adjusted, and conversion rates are redefined.

We give final shape to the sketch, close the Business Plan, and focus on the fundamental aspects of the investors' presentation.

Alphaday:

This is at the end of the first half of the program. It's a private event where you present your project and get feedback from experts.

Demoday:

This is the end of the acceleration program. Demoday is where you will give the last presentation to our investors' external network.

Participation conditions

Bbooster is a highly collaborative program, where the intention to learn, have a good time, and also to network with the rest of the selected teams. We believe that to take advantage of the program, there should be complete dedication to the project. Our goal is to influence each team member with the Bbooster spirit, keep up the enthusiasm for the project and prepare for the subsequent phases of high growth and responsibility.
